this is terrible,the song is about a man with nothing... in an airport that glances at himself. its very introspective and abstract dealing with this almost i want to say bum with nothing that realizes hes lost everything. He is Wounded All his friends are gone, and absent. His lip hurts and he pulls out this warm pipe. which is a metaphor for the air. Real thin air is the way time works with this man that has almost nothing. and he blows blows blows, and his history goes into the atmosphere. People seperate from the leper. That is a metaphor for the people that steped out on his life.
